Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins upon receipt of the goods.

The withdrawal period is 14 days and begins on the day on which the consumer or a third party named by him has taken possession of the goods.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration of withdrawal within the 14 days.
No right of cancellation exists for:
• Beverage cans or other sealed products where the seal or original closure has been opened, removed, or damaged after delivery.
• Foodstuffs or perishable goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.
• Individualized or custom-made products (custom orders).

• Consumers must return the goods within 14 days of sending the revocation.
• The costs of the return shipment are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.
• Packages sent freight collect will not be accepted.
• If the goods are returned damaged or used, A. Devils e.U. reserves the right to reduce the purchase price appropriately or demand compensation for the loss in value.
• The consumer is obliged to carefully pack the goods to avoid damage during return transport.
• A. Devils e.U. will refund the purchase price immediately, at the latest within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
• The refund will be made using the same payment method that the consumer used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
• The shipping costs of the initial delivery will only be refunded if the consumer revokes the entire order.
• A. Devils e.U. may withhold the refund until receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
